Rolling out across Austria

ClimbSync brings the climbers to you.

With all other climbing gym apps, you buy it, you update it, and you push it on your own members. ClimbSync works the other way around: I grow it climber-first and hand-build your page. You just make it yours.

Reach the climbers who chose your gym.

Not by chasing followers on Instagram or hoping people check your website. ClimbSync gathers the climbers in your area into one app, where they browse the walls around them and plan where to go, so your gym lands in front of the people most likely to climb it.

Live in the app today

Climbers plan sessions at a specific gym, at a specific time.

02your page

Your page already has a starting point. Help me make it yours.

I hand-curated it: opening hours, prices, your grading scale, your walls, your spot on the map. Not a blank form to fill, and not a route list to keep re-uploading. You just fix anything I got wrong.

Your page may already include a logo and photos. Send me your preferred images and any corrections, and I’ll update it with you.

Default gym artwork
A gym page header with default wall artwork and a default logo
Gym photos and logo
A gym page header with a cover photo and the gym’s own logo

Example gym headers. Images vary by gym.

03the ask

What I ask. What comes later.

all I ask
  • Your preferred logo and photos for the page
  • Corrections where my curated data is off
  • Your honest take on what a gym would actually want
planned, not live yet
  • Manage your own page
  • Post events, courses, discounts
  • See how climbers respond

Claiming your page is free, and stays free. If a paid tier ever comes, it would be optional, and only for tools that clearly earn their keep.

I have no gym partnerships yet, so you'd be among the first. Bringing climbers onto the app is my job, not something I will ever ask you to do for me. I'm one person in Vienna building this, and I'd rather build the gym side with gyms than at them.

Write to me from your gym's own email address and I'll send the claim form straight back to it. That one email is also how I know it's really you.
